There are two hotels nearby. Both hotels also offer a free shuttle service to the terminal.

Warning. Although the hotels look within walking distance of the terminal when viewed on a map, it is virtually impossible to walk.

There is no sidewalk from the terminal to the hotels and you would have to walk along a busy highway.

If you wanted to use a taxi or Uber from the terminal, the price is very high and costs from 300 zar upwards depending on current demand and time.

Hotels in the centre

If you're leaving Cape Town in the daytime, there's no need to stay overnight right by the airport. In the centre of the very touristy Cape Town you will have a wide choice of local hotels and multinational complexes.
