Right at the airport

The most convenient place to park is right in front of the airport terminal in the uncovered and unguarded official airport car park, from which you can walk to the terminal in 1 minute. Parking charges are as follows:

• 5 minutes – free
• 2–3 days – 45 eur
• 4–5 days – 59 eur
• 6–7 days – 69 EUR

You can find a detailed price list and official information on the airport’s website. Parking at the airport cannot be booked online; you can only pay on arrival at the pay machine.

Around the airport

There are many private car parks near the airport, most of which offer a free shuttle service to the terminal and where prices are slightly cheaper than at the airport.

The cheapest parking is offered by Monti car park, just about 600 metres from the airport, within the secure Monti premises. For 7 days, you’ll pay between 41 eur and 98 eur, depending on when you book and pay. You can book a space on theairportparking.sk website. A shuttle from the car park to the airport or back costs 2 eur for the entire car’s occupants combined.

Free parking

The popular free, unguarded parking, available for any length of time, used to be located just a few bus stops away from the Avion shopping centre on bus routes 61 and 96. However, there is now a traffic sign on site stating that parking is prohibited there between 22:00 and 08:00. If anyone has up-to-date information, please share it in the comments below.
