What services can I expect on a Westjet flight?

Refreshments on board

Free refreshments are graded according to the length of the route.

On flights with a flight time of 50 minutes or less, no refreshments are served, even if paid for. On routes up to 100 minutes, you will receive water and a small snack (approx. 25 g); there is no option to buy additional food.

On routes up to 150 minutes you will get free water, coffee/tea/juice, a small snack and you can buy additional drinks, snacks or sandwiches.

On routes over 2.5 hours you can also buy a hot meal.

On flights to Europe you will always get a free hot meal, coffee/tea and water or juice.

On routes to Asia you will always get a free hot meal, coffee/tea, water or juice a few times and a small sandwich or snack before landing.

Entertainment system

Select Boeing 737 aircraft and all Boeing 787 aircraft are equipped with personal screens in every seat, so everyone can watch movies, TV shows or listen to music to their liking. This service is free of charge.

In-flight wi-fi

Wifi is available on the latest Boeing 737 and Boeing 787 aircraft for a fee from 15 cad depending on the length of the flight.
