Hi, We arrived home on 07.03.2026 and both our suitcases were damaged, which was reported at Budapest airport. We submitted the requested documents on the airline's website. Today (17.03.2026) 1/3 of the requested amount for both suitcases has been received in our bank account. I would like to request an e-mail address where we can submit the claim!

I have the same problem and no one wants to help me and refund my money
so you have to have insurance for these cases, the insurance company would pay for it without any problem, the airline doesn't care (except for death)
I feel very disappointed with the Turkish airline, my arrival in Chile was on April 6 and until today 18-05-2026 I have not received a single peso, for lack of wheel of my luggage, comment that I have sent 4 times all the requested documents including ticket purchase suitcase purchased two weeks before the flight.
Unfortunately I have no answer or call, very bad image for such a well known airline, its prestige leaves much to be desired.
