Hi, We arrived home on 07.03.2026 and both our suitcases were damaged, which was reported at Budapest airport. We submitted the requested documents on the airline's website. Today (17.03.2026) 1/3 of the requested amount for both suitcases has been received in our bank account. I would like to request an e-mail address where we can submit the claim!
