Wifi on board
In-flight wi-fi is available on almost all Airbus A319/320/321 and A350 aircraft.
Coverage is particularly good over land, while more than half of the flights between Europe and North America will not be able to access wifi.

In-flight refreshments
Only tea and coffee are served free of charge during flights.
Other refreshments can be purchased. The offer includes soft drinks (prices around 3,50 eur per can), sandwiches (around 10 eur) or sweets (from 3,50 eur)

Entertainment system
On Airbus A330 and Airbus A350 aircraft, you can enjoy a free in-flight entertainment system in the form of individual screens built into each seat.

I had read some rather negative reviews on online discussions, so I was a bit apprehensive about flying with them from Copenhagen to Tokyo (12:15h). Well, it's definitely not a top product, but the price-performance ratio (bought on sale thanks to Cestujlevne for 13k) is awesome.
Check-in at the airport no problem (due to checked baggage). Embraer packed to bursting from Prague to Copenhagen. Connection in Copenhagen 1:10h was delayed for 40 minutes due to flight delay from Prague. We arrive at the gate at a time when boarding was already in full swing. We beat the queue thanks to Sky Priority, whereupon we still waited in the tunnel for a good 10 minutes before they started letting us on the plane. This was not very good :).
Interesting thing about SAS is that they only serve one free drink and that's about 30 minutes before the meal. After that, everything except water, tea and coffee is chargeable. We chose Coca Cola, there were other sodas, beer and wine to choose from. We didn't look for or see hard liquor. 30 minutes after the drinks followed the meal. This is a bit impractical as the drinks were warm in the meantime 🙃.
People complained a lot about the food in the discussions, we couldn't fault anything. Chicken with mashed potatoes full of flavor, salad with dressing also great. There always seems to be chicken in the Go fare, vegetarian options are only in Premium class where there is a choice of chicken/veggie. So no choice in economy and everyone gets the same.
The flight attendants came around and refilled the water during the flight, which I appreciated.
Breakfast was a highlight for me - yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruit, toasted bread with jam and mandarin fresh juice to go with it.
