Ryanair contact
If you need to resolve any issue with your Ryanair booking and contact the company, please use the following options:
- Ryanair's online live chat - usually the fastest way to resolve problems,
- Theofficial Ryanair Facebook profile - you can send a private message and an agent will get back to you usually within 2-4 hours,
Telephone contacts are available here, but due to high call charges we do not recommend using them.
Ryanair has no 24 hour support, all contacts are available between 6am and 9pm on weekdays, 8am to 7pm on Saturdays and between 9am and 7pm on Sundays.

I’ve been trying to get hold of someone at Ryanair for a whole week now, without any success. We are Greek citizens. My passport has expired. The consulate said they would give me a temporary document so that I can enter Greece with it, and that I would then receive my temporary identity card there. Now we have been told by a third party that they do not accept it. I cannot cancel the tickets. I would appreciate a response.
Hello
We’d already bought our tickets online and wanted to add a 12-year-old child – I’d already bought the ticket for them, but as an adult. What should I do? Thanks
Use the live chat on the Ryanair website and sort it out with an agent.
Bonjour
nous avions déjà acheté nos billets en ligne et nous voulions ajouter un enfant de 12 ans . Que faut-il faire? Merci
hello
I am going to fly from malmö to London 24/7 and have checked in but QR DOES NOT SHOW on my page even it shows when we would return to malmö I have ETA
Good afternoon. I have not been able to open my flight reservation for several days. I need to change the departure and arrival dates. Here is my information - navchannaya@gmail.com , Booking O3HNVW
Neither on the website nor in the application can I open my reservation. Write "Can't retrive your booking" everywhere
Never, ever post a booking code on the internet!
Those with direct flights from Gdansk to Belfast in April can't find anything anywhere.
If they can't find them, they must have cancelled the line.
Those who can't find anything anywhere no longer have direct flights from Gdansk to Belfast.
Cestee brings this place to life :D
I have registered in ryanair but I have misspelled my middle name and I would like to correct it so that I don't have problems with my registration, what should I do?
I have not a smartphone. Please inform me, the way that I will get our boarding passes?
Are you flying alone or with someone who can keep your boarding pass on their phone for you? If you're flying alone, Id recommend checking in on the Ryanair website using a computer, printing off your boarding pass and going to the Ryanair check in desk at the airport to speak with them. I know they say they don't accept printed boarding passes, but I would still try to print one and bring it with you, it's worth a try. Good luck.
It is important to check in early online. In exceptional cases they print the boarding pass at the airport.
I've travelled with other companies with a digital identity card and they've had no problems, only Ryanair.
Because you are dumb.
What travel documents are valid and can be used for travel on Ryanair flights?
When travelling with Ryanair, we accept 2 forms of ID:
- A valid passport or
- A valid National Identity Card
We do not accept a driver's license or birth certificate for travel to any location. It is each passenger's responsibility to carry Photo ID which meets our requirements and the requirements of the relevant Immigration Authority.
You're dumb, because even in digital I have a photo but my stomach hurts from ryanair.
Dumb, because you cannot read. Where do you see digital identity is sufficient? Nowhere.
Why are you talking to a retard from the road? As if you don't know that cestee is just weeding the forum from the perspective of reasonable people.
