Jetstar is an ultra-low-cost airline and all services on board are chargeable.

In-flight refreshments

Passengers on the "Starter" and "Flex" fares do not include any refreshments.

You can buy food during the booking process or on board. A standard hot meal costs from 15 aud and a light cold snack costs from 10 aud.

Passengers with a "Starter Plus" or "Flex Plus" ticket get one free hot meal. On domestic flights or shorter regional flights you will usually only get a sandwich with a drink and a sweet.

Entertainment system (IFE)

Seats on Boeing 787 aircraft are equipped with individual screens.

Jetstar offers dozens of movies, shows and music, but there is a fee to use the entertainment system. It can be purchased during the ticket purchase process or on the plane (credit card only).

The price is from 10 aud.

In-flight wi-fi

Jetstar does not currently offer in-flight internet access.

Amenity kit

For long-haul flights on Boeing 787 aircraft, you can add an "amenity kit" for 25 aud during the ticket purchase process, which includes an eye mask, neck pillow, toothbrush and toothpaste, deer tallow lip balm and other items.
