EVA Air in a nutshell
EVA Air is Taiwan's second largest airline after China Airlines and is rated the highest, 5 stars, by international rating agency SKYTRAX. The airline is based at Taoyuan Airport near Taipei, from where it operates most of its routes. Several of EVA Air's aircraft are painted in a special "Hello Kitty" livery; due to their popularity in Japan, these machines are mainly deployed to the Land of the Rising Sun.
