Condor in a nutshell

Condor is one of Europe's largest airlines specialising in flights to holiday destinations.
Its largest base is Frankfurt Airport, from where it operates most of its long-haul flights.
However, it flies to destinations in Europe, Turkey and North Africa from almost every German airport.

Condor is known for its distinctive, even controversial, aircraft livery. Each aircraft has vertical stripes across the fuselage in a different colour from yellow to blue to pink.
Condor's fleet includes Airbus A320/321s, Boeing 757-300s and long-haul Airbus A330-900s.

My friend (Slovak) after two months of peripetias did not get a visa to South Africa. I suppose this is not a relevant reason to try to cancel the ticket on the Zero fare? Or does it make sense to try?
Ok I'll add the update myself. According to the instructions from Whatsapp we asked for a refund of the airport fee, which should be about 3000 CZK. However, the ticket was for 2 people, one of whom flew normally and they refunded the fees for both, i.e. about 6000 Kc (it could be interesting to book tickets for 10 people, one of whom would not fly and then ask for a refund :) )
How to make a stopover on a Condor flight on the way, for example for two/three nights? Is it possible or I just don't see it? Thank you all for the info
I don't think it will work :)
You can choose the length of your stopover in Frankfurt, but it will give you a maximum of one night (less than a day).
And buying it separately again is pointless.
