Condor in a nutshell
Condor is one of Europe's largest airlines specialising in flights to holiday destinations.
Its largest base is Frankfurt Airport, from where it operates most of its long-haul flights.
However, it flies to destinations in Europe, Turkey and North Africa from almost every German airport.

Condor is known for its distinctive, even controversial, aircraft livery. Each aircraft has vertical stripes across the fuselage in a different colour from yellow to blue to pink.
Condor's fleet includes Airbus A320/321 aircraft, and long-haul routes are operated by Airbus A330-900 aircraft.

Good morning. We appreciate the contact from Condor's accounting department.
We provided meal services for Condor and need to send the invoice.

Thank you for your attention.
You did attract attention, but on the wrong website. I'd try condor.com. 😊
These people work in aviation...
How to make a stopover on a Condor flight on the way, for example for two/three nights? Is it possible or I just don't see it? Thank you all for the info
You can choose the length of your stopover in Frankfurt, but it will give you a maximum of one night (less than a day).
And buying it separately again is pointless.
My friend (Slovak) after two months of peripetias did not get a visa to South Africa. I suppose this is not a relevant reason to try to cancel the ticket on the Zero fare? Or does it make sense to try?
Ok I'll add the update myself. According to the instructions from Whatsapp we asked for a refund of the airport fee, which should be about 3000 CZK. However, the ticket was for 2 people, one of whom flew normally and they refunded the fees for both, i.e. about 6000 Kc (it could be interesting to book tickets for 10 people, one of whom would not fly and then ask for a refund :) )
An absolutely appalling experience with Condor.
I’ve been waiting since February for reimbursement of the costs I incurred as a result of my flight being rescheduled. It’s now September and Condor is still unable to resolve this matter or pay me the money.
This is no longer just a standard delay. It’s been more than half a year of waiting for something that should have been sorted out long ago. I’ve contacted Condor repeatedly, I’ve waited repeatedly for a reply, and the result? No money, no concrete solution, just more waiting.
This sort of attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable and disgraceful. You can hold onto a customer’s money for months, but as soon as you have to sort something out or issue a refund, suddenly nobody is willing to do anything.
If you expect normal customer service and fair problem-solving from an airline, I definitely do not recommend Condor.
I’ve been waiting since February. Still nothing. Condor, this really is a disgrace.
See a couple of posts below, where I discussed not being able to obtain a visa for South Africa. I requested a refund of the airport charges via WhatsApp at the time, and the money was in my account within two days. They even refunded the charges for the two passengers listed on the ticket, even though the other one had flown, so that amounted to almost half the price of the ticket :)
I don’t know how you usually communicate with them, but do give WhatsApp a go. They have rather peculiar systems; for example, there was a problem adding extra luggage to a ticket paid for in CZK, as their system only allows this for tickets paid for in EUR. But they were responsive and tried their best to sort out the issues.
