AJet baggage
The number and type of baggage allowed varies according to the fare purchased. The cheapest Basic fare always includes only a small hand luggage free of charge on board the aircraft.
Checked baggage is not included in the cheapest Basic fare.

Hand luggage
If you have a ticket on the lowest fare, Basic, you can only take on board 1 small hand luggage that fits under the seat in front of you:
- 40 x 30 x 15 cm
- up to 4 kg
Ecojet, Flex and Premium fares include a standard cabin bag in addition to the small one:
- 55 x 40 x 23 cm
- up to 8 kg

Checked baggage
Checked baggage is not included in the cheapest BASIC fare on any routes.
If you want to travel with checked-in baggage, you can also choose the more expensive ECOJET fare, which already includes checked-in baggage up to 20 kg.
You can always add additional kilograms to the basic weight allowance when booking your ticket, where a baggage allowance of up to 20 kg will cost 25 eur.
Strollers and luggage for children
Children under 2 years old are entitled to the same hand luggage as adults, i.e. 1 piece measuring 55 x 40 x 23 cm.
In addition, you can always take a stroller for free.

I queued luggage to check in yesterday didn't really understand what 5 meant so paid for Copenhagen and back to Egypt. Then I see on my updated ticket that it was for only 5kg for $24 there and $24 home.
Then I see that handbag can be taken 8kg for the same price and Ajet is not available so I can change. What should I do?

Hello. Yes. With AJet, you buy by the kilogram, not by the number of pieces. So you can divide 30 kg into two 15 kg bags.

AJet offers guaranteed transfers, so if you bought in one booking, it is a transfer secured by the airline.

Yes, trekking poles won't be a problem in checked luggage. They should generally not be carried in hand luggage.
