this company has decent prices. It even communicates. Service is pretty good. Good mobile app But that's about it. They change flights frequently. Often the TV doesn't work on the plane, or the seat recline (even in bussines). Everything is dirty. In India, they are going through x-rays again with long lines. Changing a ticket is many times more expensive than a new ticket (unless you pay for the change). But you can cancel the ticket and they will still refund part of the money. And the subsequent communication with a human is worse than with AI. The site is often broken or crashes (e.g. you pay, the money is taken off, but you don't get the fulfillment). I recommend avoiding them if possible.
But yeah, let the person who doesn't shy away from solving potential problems balanced by low price travel with them. 😊
