China Eastern Airlines are offering so-called open-jaw flights from Vienna to Hanoi, returning to Budapest, at a great price 380 eur.

At this price, I’ve currently only managed to find a few dates around the turn of November and December, for example:

• 26 November–15 December
• 30 November–17 December

The journey includes a long daytime stopover in the Chinese city of Xi’an, which you can use to explore the city. You’ll receive a visa-free entry permit for China upon arrival.

I visited Hanoi a month ago and found the city quite fascinating.
