Uzhhorod International Airport in a nutshell
The miniature airport in the capital of the Transcarpathian region is about 3.5 km from the centre of Uzhhorod and just a few dozen metres from the Slovak border. The threshold of the runway is only about 10 metres from the state border. Currently, only two small unimoboxes opposite the former terminal - a building with the sign "Uzhhorod" - are used for passenger check-in.
It is enough to arrive an hour before departure.
