Siem Reap Angkor International Airport in a nutshell

Angkor Wat

Siem Reap-Angkor Airport is the largest airport in Cambodia and replaced the outdated Siem Reap REP Airport in 2023.

The new airport was built in a completely different location away from the world-famous Angkor Wat complex to avoid causing noise pollution around the monument.

The airport is served by local Cambodian and major Asian airlines. Most flights are to Thailand, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Laos, Singapore and South Korea. There are no direct long-haul flights outside Asia to Siem Reap.

The terminal is located 45 km east of Siem Reap.
