Molokai Airport in a nutshell
Molokai Airport (MKK) is the only public entry point to the Hawaiian island of Molokai. The smaller Kalaupapa Airport on the north of the island only serves locals or charter flights from travel agencies.
The airport is also known as Ho'olehua after the community in which it is located.
Molokai Airport contains one very small terminal where the check-in process is a matter of 5 minutes after landing and 30 minutes before departure.
Currently, only Mokulele Airlines operates scheduled flights to this airport:
- Honolulu HNL - 1 to 2 times per hour
- Kahului OGG - 6 to 7 times a day
- Lanai LNY - 1x per day
