Upon arrival from EU countries , we recommend using the automated kiosks where you scan your passport or ID card, take a piece of paper with your photo and go through passport control.

Larnaca airport is very clear for connecting flights, just follow the "Connecting Flights" signs. When transferring (if you are checking in for the next flight) you do not need to leave the transit area, however you do need to go through security.
