As the terminal is located right in the village of La Pila, you can also use the regular bus service to get to the airport.

Bus
The nearest bus stop "La Pila" is 200 metres from the airport in the middle of the village.
Line 116 passes through here 5-7 times a day including Sundays on the Portoferraio - Marina di Campo route. Timetables can be found on the website at-bus.it.
Ticket prices are as follows:
- Marina di Campo
- 1,70 eur - online via the AT-BUS mobile app or at the newsagent (only when travelling from the centre, there is no ticket seller at the airport or in the surrounding area)
- 3 eur - from the driver
- Portoferraio
- 2,90 eur - online via the AT-BUS mobile app or at a newsagent (only on the way from the centre, there is no ticket seller at the airport or in the surrounding area)

Taxi
Due to very sporadic flight traffic, do not expect any taxis outside the terminal upon arrival.
Taxis are only suitable in the direction of the airport, as taxis are easy to find in city centres.
The price of a taxi from Portoferraio will be about 20 eur, while from Marina di Campo you will pay about 10 eur.
