Brno Airport is served 24/7 by buses of DPMB, which operates all buses, trolleybuses and trams in Brno.
You can also use several car rental companies and taxis.
Public transport buses
Bus number E76 runs every 30 minutes from Brno Central Station. The final stop in the centre of Brno is in the area of the bus terminal "Benešova - Hotel Grand" (location at google.com/maps).
Line E76 departs to the airport from platform number 6.
You can buy a ticket for 25 crowns at the machine in the arrivals hall (but you can only pay with coins), inside the bus by attaching your own payment card to the yellow validator, or via SMS (detailed info). The last option is available only for sim-cards of Czech operators.
If you pay by attaching the card on the bus, you do not attach the card to the validator when you get off the bus (only if you travel less than 15 minutes to be charged for a discounted short-term ticket).
In a 24-hour period, no more than 90 crowns will ever be charged to the card, which is the equivalent of a 24-hour ticket.

At night, use the N89 bus, which also runs every hour from the main station. Between 23:30 and 00:30 the bus has an interval of 30 minutes. The service takes a slightly longer route than the E76 and therefore takes about 30 minutes to get to the station.
Taxi
There are always several taxis waiting outside the terminal at arrivals time. Before each journey, the taxi driver always has to switch on the meter and if the driver wants to negotiate his own price with you, refuse the ride.
There are also mobile apps like Uber and Bolt in Brno.
The price to the city centre to the main station ranges from CZK 230 to CZK 350 depending on the current demand. The price of a regular taxi is around 350 crowns, depending on traffic.
Car rental
Europcar, Avis, Hertz or Sixt car rental counters are located in the corridor between the arrivals and departures halls.
Rental prices for 4 days start at approximately 50 eur.
