Alghero is a small airport but offers a surprisingly wide range of shops , from pharmacies to souvenirs and fashion to local produce. Look for most of the shops in the public area.
Restaurants in the public area are represented by a café and a specialty burger restaurant. After the security check there is only one small café left.
