Check-in at the airport

Shenzhen Airlines allows you to check-in at the airport without a fee.

Check-in counters open as standard 2.5 hours before domestic departures and 3 hours before international departures.

The latest check-in time is normally 60 minutes for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights.

Online check-in

Online check-in is available 24 hours before departure if you purchase your flight directly on the Shenzehn Airlines website.

If you have purchased your flight through another vendor, you must always visit the airport counter.

Seat selection (seating)

You can select your specific seat on the aircraft free of charge when you buy your ticket or later on the Shenzhen Airlines website (Manage my bookings section).
