Carry-on baggage

You can take cabin baggage with you on the plane, measuring 55 x 38 x 20 cm with a maximum weight of 7 kg.

In addition to this luggage, you can take, for example, a small handbag, a laptop or an umbrella.

Checked baggage

All passengers are entitled to 1 piece of 23 kg checked baggage free of charge. Only 1 piece is allowed, so you cannot split the weight into, for example, 12 kg + 11 kg into two pieces of luggage.

The sum of all dimensions of the baggage must not exceed 158 cm.

You will pay for each kilogram of excess weight on domestic routes 10 000 tzs and international routes 6 usd. No baggage may weigh more than 32 kg.

Luggage for children

If you're travelling with an infant under 2 years old, you'll have an extra 1 piece of checked-in luggage up to 10 kg in addition to your checked baggage.
