All tickets include at least 1 piece of hand luggage and 1 piece of checked baggage.

Hand luggage

In Economy Class, passengers are entitled to carry 1 cabin bag free of charge.

The weight must not exceed 7 kg and the sum of the three dimensions must be no more than 115 cm.

A small personal item such as a small handbag or laptop is generally tolerated with this bag.

Business class passengers may take 2 pieces of cabin baggage.

Checked baggage

All economy class fares on the "Lite", "Smart" and "Prime" fares include 30 kg of checked baggage. You can divide this weight into several different pieces of luggage, but the sum of all of them must not exceed 30 kg. The sum of the dimensions of one suitcase must be no more than 158 cm.

No checked baggage is included in the Economy " Super Saver" fare.

Business class passengers can take a total of 50 kg of luggage divided into any number of pieces. Please note, however, that an individual piece of luggage may never weigh more than 32 kg.

Overweight fees

If you exceed the weight allowance for checked-in or hand luggage, you'll pay an overweight fee.

If your baggage weighs more than 32kg, you'll have to spread the weight across multiple bags.

Baggage for children

Strollers are always carried free of charge.

If you are travelling with a child under 2 years old, you can take one extra small hand luggage up to 10 kg free of charge.
