Olympic Air flights

It is usually worth buying tickets with Olympic Air directly on the website of the parent carrier aegeanair.com.
In addition to Olympic Air, rival airline Sky Express also flies many routes within Greece, so it's worth comparing flights via skyscanner.com, for example.
When to buy tickets
The cheapest tickets are usually offered by Olympic Air 2-6 months in advance, especially in the off-season months for which they regularly offer discount promotions.
For flights over the summer, i.e. from June to September, it is advisable to buy tickets as early as possible. The usual price is around 65 eur to 100 eur for a one-way flight from Athens to the Greek islands.
Fare classes
The fare structure is the same as that of parent Aegean Airlines.
Flights can be purchased in three basic packages, which differ in the number of bags or flexibility for possible cancellations and rescheduling.
Destinations
Olympic Air specialise exclusively in connecting small Greek airports with their main hub at Athens Airport and connecting to partner airlines further afield in Europe.
In addition to the routes that Olympic Air operates at its own commercial risk, many routes are operated under public service obligations. These are subsidised flights to the smallest Greek islands, which serve as the main link between these places and the outside world.
