Low-cost airline Nok Air is a relatively young company with a modern fleet operating mainly domestic flights throughout Thailand, supplemented by several international routes within the SE Asia region. It competes mainly with the well-known Air Asia, with which it often has comparable or even lower fares.

Nok Air has its main base at Bangkok's secondary airport Don Mueang.
