Good afternoon, flight 4M 932. ANEX states a hand luggage allowance of 8 kg and a checked-in luggage allowance of 20 kg per passenger. I’d like to ask whether, if I pack the luggage of two passengers into one checked-in suitcase and it weighs around 30 kg (no more than 32 kg), is this allowed? Will I have to pay for excess weight?Thank you very much for your reply. Kind regards, Romas
Hello, officially, MGA does not allow the weights of two pieces of luggage to be combined. Each passenger must have their own suitcase weighing no more than 20 kg.
THANK YOU
I wouldn’t recommend it; we flew with the travel agency Anex to Antalya from Katowice and back to Katowice, and I’d honestly advise against it – the comfort was worse than on Ryanair or Wizz Air, there was barely enough legroom for a child, and the seats were uncomfortable. The cabin crew spoke very little English.
I do not recommend this airline!
The flight was cancelled for more than a day the next day, and then again postponed for more than 3 hours!! so if you expect to rest for a week, know that you will have less rest, no one will return anything in compensation!
I would also like to know how much baby water you can carry in your hand luggage, because we need it for formula.
So we don't have to check in online? They will do it for us free of charge at the airport ?
Yes. Online check-in is not even possible: https://www.cestee.sk/aerolinie/.../odbavenie
And this is where the guidebook contradicts itself nicely. 😉
I tried it today just to be sure and it asked for the country and assigned the seat.Next to it were the prices for the seats,I just hope we don't pay at the airport since we didn't choose them 🤷
As a pregnant woman, are you asked to provide a medical certificate to prove you’re fit to fly?
