Check-in at the airport counter is free of charge with Level.

The opening and closing times for the check-in desks are as follows:

• The check-in desk opens4 hours before departure
• The check-in desk closes60 minutesbefore departure
• Boarding is no longer possible20 minutesbefore departure

Online check-in

You can check in online as usual and print your boarding pass or generate a QR code.

Online check-in is available from 48 hours before departure, although for flights to and from the USA and certain other countries (such as Peru) it is only available 24 hours in advance.

The most popular method is mobile check-in. Simply download the official app of the parent airline, Iberia (Google Play / App Store), enter your booking reference and show the QR code on your mobile at the airport.

Seat selection

For a fee, you can choose a specific seat on the plane. If you do not wish to pay this fee, simply skip the seat selection step and you will be allocated a random seat free of charge.

When travelling with children, you’ll be seated together even if your seats are allocated at random.

Seating fees vary greatly depending on the flight duration, season and ticket price, ranging from 26 eur.

The fee applies only to Economy Light, Economy Comfort and Premium Comfort fares. With other fares, you can select a specific seat free of charge.
