Hello dear easyjet team
I´ve had quite some trouble contacting the right team regarding a failed transaction on board of one of your flights.
I already filled out two "purchase on board" forms but still the automatic system keeps on sending me "refund" mails.
So to make it clear: I purchased cigarettes on board and I want to pay for those cigarettes. I´m really getting frustrated
seeing "payment declined on my bank account" so pleas respond and help me out so i can finally pay.

this evening I made a mistake with the dates and direction of my booking:
I need to change my flights urgently. I've reversed the outward and return flights:
Error :
flight Nice Genève EZS 1398 of 12/05/2026
and flight Geneva Nice EZS 1401 of 20/05/2026
it was the other way round, the correct booking should have been :
Geneva Nice on 12/05/2026
And
Nice Geneva on 20/05/2026
