There are three ways to contact easyJet when dealing with problems with easyJet tickets, such as flight time changes, online check-in not working etc. All are in English:
- Online chat - the quickest and easiest option
- Phone number - +44 330 365 5454, you pay for a normal international call
- Theofficial easyJet Facebook profile - use this to send private messages to contact an agent
All contacts are available daily from 8am to 8pm UK time.
The only official website we recommend buying tickets through is www.easyjet.com.

Hello dear easyjet team
I´ve had quite some trouble contacting the right team regarding a failed transaction on board of one of your flights.
I already filled out two "purchase on board" forms but still the automatic system keeps on sending me "refund" mails.
So to make it clear: I purchased cigarettes on board and I want to pay for those cigarettes. I´m really getting frustrated
seeing "payment declined on my bank account" so pleas respond and help me out so i can finally pay.
