Carry-on baggage with a combined size of no more than 118 cm and a weight of up to 7 kg, plus one small item such as a handbag, camera or laptop bag.
On all routes, even passengers in the lowest booking class are entitled to one checked bag up to 23 kg. A cheaper 'Seat' fare is also available on domestic services, where checked baggage is not included.
Sports equipment up to 23 kg can be taken free of charge if you do not have any other normal luggage.
Pets are carried on domestic flights for a fee 75 usd. On international flights you must always inform the airline in advance, animals cannot be carried as checked baggage and are subject to quarantine on arrival in New Zealand.
