Check-in at the airport

Air Austral allows you to check in at the airport without a fee.

Check-in desks open 3 hours before departure as standard.

The latest check-in time is normally 60 minutes before departure.

Online check-in

You can check in online normally 24 hours before departure.

You can check in online at air-austral.com. If you're travelling with hand luggage only and check in online, you can head straight to security on arrival at the airport.

If you can't check in online, you can check in at the airport without any problems.

Selecting your seat (seating)

Passengers on the lowest fares, Loisiris Light or Loisiris Smart, can select a specific seat on the aircraft during ticket purchase or online check-in for a fee.

The price varies between 15 eur and 40 eur depending on the length of the route and the seat.

If you do not want to pay for a specific seat, you will be assigned a random seat for free.
